Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Christian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Ksawery Basinski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ksawery Basinski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Souad Brahimi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, KKS Lech Poznań's Pawel Czarnecki got a free kick in the 28th minute. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KKS Lech Poznań's goalie prevented a goal. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after KKS Lech Poznań's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. Souad Brahimi came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 35 minutes, Pawel Czarnecki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KKS Lech Poznań and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Czarnecki. Milagros Cabal's late challenge caught a KKS Lech Poznań's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Cabal helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. In the 45th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Souad Brahimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KKS Lech Poznań players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ksawery Basinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmundo Espiga in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Souad Brahimi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Moises Tafalla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Honduras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 69 minutes into the game, Jedrzej Rudy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Souad Brahimi saved KKS Lech Poznań from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Souad Brahimi in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Rafal Juszkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to KKS Lech Poznań getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jedrzej Rudy hit a great ball. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Edmundo Espiga fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Souad Brahimi, passed just outside the right post. Souad Brahimi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 94th minute. Honduras played a much better game than KKS Lech Poznań and deserved their victory. The KKS Lech Poznań players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
