Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Venezuela's attentive Jose Correa managed to snatch the ball when Artur de Andrade made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. Wiliam Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 4th minute of play. Gabriel Sara made in the 7th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Artur de Andrade immediately put the ball in play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Juan Aleso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Aleso in the 14th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Vidal in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Aleso in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Aleso in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Jose Correa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Aleso in the 29th minute of the match. Juan Aleso took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Silas de Brito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Juan Aleso in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Anıl Şahan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 48th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Oier Lopez de Toro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Aleso to make the kick off. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Oier Lopez de Toro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Silas de Brito sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Aleso came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Wambasther van Dijk was substituted for Artur de Andrade. In the 88th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiliam Simão having to interfere. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Aleso in the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
