Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Serrinho's goalkeeper Cameron Diaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Cameron Diaz made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Cameron Diaz in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd match minute, SC Serrinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Braga to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 魏凡轩 to make the kick off. In the 63rd minute of the match SC Serrinho got a corner. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristóvão Rebelo ran over to the corner to take the kick. 魏凡轩 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thiago Pliego came out and tried to block the shot, but 魏凡轩 slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 67th minute. A collision led to SC Serrinho getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Geraldo Braga hit a great ball. Cameron Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 72nd minute of the match. Cristóvão Rebelo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thiago Pliego firmly grabbed it by the left post. 77 minutes into the game, Geraldo Braga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Serrinho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 77th match minute, SC Serrinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Braga to maneuver through the defense.
