Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 44 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ye Rong Jian. Kajetan Parzysz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Igor Pietrowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Mexico's Luca Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kajetan Parzysz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Figueiras in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. S04 Silesia's Kajetan Parzysz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 70th minute of play. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
