Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Azam Sum. Azam Sum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Tidén in the 5th minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Azam Sum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Azam Sum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. 12 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Azam Sum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brian May's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. The throw-in from Felix Montenegro in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Moodys IF's Mieszko Jaruzelski. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 28th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bo-Erik Högberg hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play forced Moodys IF's goalkeeper Azam Sum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nico Belić fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moodys IF's protests and gave Nico Belić a yellow card for diving instead. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Cristian Sancho. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Moodys IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Belić didn't get a good kick on the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brian May made a kick off. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Moodys IF's Mieszko Jaruzelski got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Diego Mancebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Azam Sum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Mancebo ran back to his position shaking his head. When Diego Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Diego Mancebo in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Azam Sum, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Azam Sum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Mancebo in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Moodys IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Agustín Saelices almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Moodys IF's Azam Sum did a great save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Moodys IF's Azam Sum got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 74 played minutes Moodys IF got a freekick which was hit by Bo-Erik Högberg. Azam Sum acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. 78 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's Brian May sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Azam Sum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Azam Sum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Azam Sum. The goal made the score 0-2. After having played for 88 minutes, Andreas Carlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moodys IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Carlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diego Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Azam Sum having to make a save. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. The Moodys IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
