Panama's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marios Kareklidis 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marios Kareklidis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Green Hell F.C.'s Christos Mitroulis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. 34 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Kalpadakis came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 35th minute of play forced Green Hell F.C.'s goalkeeper Dimitris Keratzoglou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loukianos Bouroutzikas in the 65th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, Green Hell F.C.'s Kleon Logarakis made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the game, Green Hell F.C.'s Christos Mitroulis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 74th minute Marios Kareklidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Nasos Giatzoglou sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. Dimitris Keratzoglou was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Isidoro Sarmiento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidoro Sarmiento really showed his touch with that goal: 8-1. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christos Mitroulis in the 87th minute of play.
