Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Rizea in the 6th minute of the match. Antonio Indiano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Antonio Indiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Maghiar in the 15th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Ernest Manea made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Olimpiu Rizea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Olimpiu Rizea took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. Isac Hojbota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Olimpiu Rizea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isac Hojbota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 44 minutes into the match, Martin Crușeveanu notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Garrido couldn't finish the play. FC Politehnica Timisoara walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
