Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Anibal Celino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Celino. Tempest Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Tempest Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Anibal Celino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Bolognesi in the 25th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Alfonso Valente tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Petroni in the 27th minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th of the match, Cosimo Cavaliere tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jonathan Ferrant got in the way and made a wonderful save. Anibal Celino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the match, Tempest Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Anibal Celino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfonso Valente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-2 in the 43 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anselmo Petroni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Alfonso Valente made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Valente in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. With a little luck, Tempest Team's Anibal Celino got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Anibal Celino in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 73 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tempest Team's Anibal Celino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Anselmo Petroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for Tempest Team. Donato Santalucia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 3-3. 87 minutes into the match, Tempest Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Anibal Celino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Tempest Team's Anibal Celino got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tempest Team were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Venezuela to leave the ground with a draw.
