Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Anselmo Petroni made the kick off and thus started the match. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Petroni came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tempest Team's Anibal Celino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Anibal Celino came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Anibal Celino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tempest Team's goalkeeper Anibal Celino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Donato Santalucia kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Celino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 30th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Celino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Anibal Celino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tempest Team's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Celino came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anibal Celino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The Tempest Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Anibal Celino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Tempest Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Cesareo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Alfonso Valente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Tempest Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Anibal Celino, making the score, 1-3. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Celino having to interfere. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Celino having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Petroni in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anibal Celino. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 83rd minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita scored 1-5 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anibal Celino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96thth minute of the game Alfonso Valente who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador played a much better game than Tempest Team and deserved their victory. The Tempest Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
