Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sanderlend's goalie prevented a goal. Trpimir Efendić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play. Trpimir Efendić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trpimir Efendić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Sanderlend got a freekick which was hit by Sredoje Gudelj. Čane Elezović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Sanderlend's Trpimir Efendić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 23rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Trpimir Efendić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trpimir Efendić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 35 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Trpimir Efendić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Trpimir Efendić came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Sanderlend's zone, Agustín Saelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trpimir Efendić came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trpimir Efendić. Sanderlend's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Trpimir Efendić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of play forced Sanderlend's goalkeeper Trpimir Efendić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paja Gagro made a kick off. Sanderlend's Trpimir Efendić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Sanderlend from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trpimir Efendić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When Mirko Vuković fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sanderlend's protests and gave Mirko Vuković a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sanderlend getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mirko Vuković hit a great ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Trpimir Efendić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Trpimir Efendić to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Trpimir Efendić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play. Trpimir Efendić was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-7. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trpimir Efendić having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirko Vuković in the 77th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Trpimir Efendić made a huge save. Trpimir Efendić was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Agustín Saelices capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Agustín Saelices really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Agustín Saelices struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Trpimir Efendić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Agustín Saelices scored 0-9 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trpimir Efendić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Trpimir Efendić came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 88th minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
