Fryderyk Budzynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. FC Autolycus's Fryderyk Budzynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 27th minute of play. Pablo Viator might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Viator ran back to his position shaking his head. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kryspin Lichniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35thth minute of the game Pablo Viator who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Pablo Viator tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pablo Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Autolycus's Jacek Krzynowek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 63 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 64th minute of play forced FC Autolycus's goalkeeper Fryderyk Budzynski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. FC Autolycus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Fryderyk Budzynski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felix Luque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Fryderyk Budzynski made a huge save. Fryderyk Budzynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Fryderyk Budzynski in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
