In the 15th minute of the match, Tomasz Motowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rolando Noboa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Julian Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Rosen having to make a save. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Motowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitinho de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Leonard Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Vitinho de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. AA Bełchatów's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitinho de Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Gallo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Leonard Rosen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Rafael Gallo took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Leonard Rosen to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
