Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of M0RF1G4Z booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, M0RF1G4Z's Túlio Torres tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Nuno Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Andino scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão do Nascimento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raí Abraão hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredão do Nascimento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute Nuno Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Netto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Julio Vera 20 minutes into the match. Alfredão do Nascimento came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raí Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 28th minute, Raí Abraão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for M0RF1G4Z! M0RF1G4Z:s Alfredão do Nascimento showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alfredão do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to M0RF1G4Z getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Nuno Netto hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nuno Netto to make the kick off. Alfredão do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Alfredão do Nascimento in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save M0RF1G4Z from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Netto in the 68th minute of play. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Alfredão do Nascimento made a huge save. Alfredão do Nascimento was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Netto in the 80th minute of play. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Alfredão do Nascimento made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Netto in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, M0RF1G4Z's Keijo Mina got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than M0RF1G4Z throughout the match.
