Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off. Andreas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 8th minute of play. Andreas Andersson came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Milagros Fraga scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Andersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Andersson having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Xiao Zhen Jian could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Rolando Noboa however easily saved by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andreas Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andreas Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Julian Murillo sped through Börna Bulldogs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andreas Andersson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 36th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 39th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. Rob Lute replaced Ragnar Linquist. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Gong Qi Fan made the kick off in the second half. Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Moises Gayoso, made in the 54th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Gong Qi Fan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Börna Bulldogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Gong Qi Fan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute Gong Qi Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Gong Qi Fan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Qi Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luz Tejedor. Börna Bulldogs's Matias Svahn was substituted for Xiao Zhen Jian. Basilio Nafarroa made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Matias Svahn immediately put the ball in play. Luz Tejedor struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Andreas Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Andreas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 76th minute of play. Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 81st minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Alonso Berganza made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa. Andreas Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of the match. Rafael Gallos short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Andreas Andersson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Peru players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
