The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Kungla, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. 31 minutes into the match, Dinamo Soimu's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Horia Poplăcean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as August Kungla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Ferdinand Ipate sent off a good shot on target. With 38 minutes on the clock, Camilo Gaos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dinamo Soimu:s goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Dinamo Soimu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Runcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Dinamo Soimu's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Horia Poplăcean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Lucrețiu Grădinaru in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Alex Chicote. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Kungla in the 78th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinamo Soimu had won after a very even match.
