Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th match minute, Sporting Savaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferenc Beckenbauer to maneuver through the defense. Kálmán Mbappè succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Alajos McAllister's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Sporting Savaria's Márton Gombos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 13th minute of play. After 15 minutes Sporting Savaria's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Francisco Seco drilling the ball in to score 2-1 behind Sporting Savaria's goalkeeper. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Márton Gombos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Lajos Laczkó reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 3-1. Márton Gombos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 29th minute of play forced Sporting Savaria's goalkeeper Márton Gombos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márton Gombos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Csaba Gyulai kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Bakkar Ahsan put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sporting Savaria fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! In the 38th minute, Alberto Gisbert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Márton Gombos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Márton Gombos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Laczkó came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sporting Savaria's Márton Gombos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Franco in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kálmán Mbappè to strike the kick off in the second half. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 52nd minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márton Gombos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Márton Gombos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 58th minute of play. With a little luck, Sporting Savaria's Márton Gombos got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kálmán Mbappè's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Sporting Savaria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano scored to the left of an out of position Márton Gombos, making the score, 3-3. In the 71st minute, Sporting Savaria's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Seco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Sporting Savaria's Márton Gombos got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. Sporting Savaria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Camilo Franco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Márton Gombos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kálmán Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Alberto Gisbert took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Márton Gombos to make any attempt to save it. Márton Gombos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sporting Savaria's Márton Gombos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Savaria from getting a goal against them. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Márton Gombos made a huge save. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Márton Gombos having to make a save. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
