Clube Esportivo Saudade's Delmiro Figueroa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lautaro Mancebo, made in the 12th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Anselmo Villar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes in the game, Delmiro Figueroa dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Clube Esportivo Saudade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Villanueva to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wei Chuan Xuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 31st minute of the match. Wei Chuan Xuan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Villanueva. Wei Chuan Xuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Dante Lacasa had great luck who in the 42ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Delmiro Figueroa from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Virgilio Ladra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wei Chuan Xuan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Clube Esportivo Saudade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponc Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Luca Zorita took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wei Chuan Xuan. Wei Chuan Xuan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 95th minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
