Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wágner Dante kicked off to start the match. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wágner Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Gilvan Vaz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Axel Tasis during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Wágner Dante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Celsinho Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. Vitório Loureiro charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitório Loureiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 18 played minutes Fúria FC got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Loureiro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Corrêa got free with Benito Sanz in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Lautaro Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wágner Dante's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Fúria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Juninho Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 29th minute. Juninho Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Gilvan Vaz came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juninho Teles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alan Moruga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Juninho Teles. Fúria FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fúria FC's Wellington Félix got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Fúria FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Vitório Loureiro hit a great ball. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jailson Tepedino hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Gilvan Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilvan Vaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Tasis struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Juninho Teles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 71st minute of play forced Fúria FC's goalkeeper Juninho Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Eliseo Noboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juninho Teles was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseo Noboa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 76 minute of play. Axel Tasis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Fúria FC's Jailson Tepedino got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 84 minutes, Efrain Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Fúria FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. After having played for 94 minutes, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Tasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fúria FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Costa Rica to leave the ground with a draw.
