Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kauan Santos kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Fala Sério FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho Marques having to interfere. Afonsinho Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fala Sério FC defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afonsinho Marques. The Fala Sério FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afonsinho Marques should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute Kauan Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fala Sério FC's Afonsinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 13th minute of play. Afonsinho Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis de Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 33rd minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonsinho Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Moraes in the 35th minute of play. Afonsinho Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Mexico booed when Fala Sério FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 53rd minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Afonsinho Marques came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 61st minute of play forced Fala Sério FC's goalkeeper Afonsinho Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Afonsinho Marques in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 68 minutes, Régis de Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fala Sério FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Régis de Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Afonsinho Marques made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Afonsinho Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Mancebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 71 minute of play. In the 77th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel Gaona kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Benê Aguiar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Fala Sério FC got a freekick which was hit by Vito de Salles. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Pernambucano in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonsinho Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonsinho Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Afonsinho Marques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fala Sério FC's Afonsinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Afonsinho Marques, 0-8. The Fala Sério FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
