Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Pheonix FC's Marcel Militaru tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pheonix FC's Thodoris Aggelou got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 16th minute, Vladislav Hampejs had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Rigoberto Mina was shown his second yellow card after 16 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 18th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Rafik Zoheir Zerara sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 28 minutes, Jonathan Rosby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pheonix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Rosby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcel Militaru in the 29th minute. 任正振 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 34 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonhard Askeby during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafik Zoheir Zerara in the 44th minute. Jonathan Rosby's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Jonathan Rosby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Rosby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tyge Oehlerich made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Guillermo Mariano sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Pheonix FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute of the game Aparicio Junel made a throw-in which Rafik Zoheir Zerara played forward. Leonhard Askeby hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Jonathan Rosby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pheonix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Rosby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafik Zoheir Zerara in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Jonathan Rosby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Thodoris Aggelou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76th play minutes Jonathan Rosby shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 80th minute of the match, Joshua Secada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tyge Oehlerich saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Rosby in the 81st minute of play. When Marcel Militaru came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Pheonix FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcel Militaru couldn't finish the play. Pheonix FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
