Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julian Murillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Calistrat Madgearu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by MIT's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. In the 21st minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiberiu Caramarin made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Tiberiu Caramarin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Dinu Grigoroiu made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. MIT's David Tunander was substituted for Dorin Banu. A collision led to MIT getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Florin Seremet hit a great ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Nicodim Orășan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiberiu Caramarin's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Madgearu was left in no man's land by his defense there! MIT's Aurel Buzea was substituted for Florin Seremet. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Tunander in the 95th minute of the match. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
