Sean Van Dijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Mexico's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Limburg United booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Rouco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Fredrik Terwenhout managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limburg United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Terwenhout was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brend Vanden Driessche in the 94th minute of play. With a little luck, Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
