Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 3rd minute of play forced Sinsacote AFC's goalkeeper Felix Crayon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Sinsacote AFC's Felix Crayon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Sinsacote AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Sinsacote AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Crayon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Santiago in the 20th minute of play. Felix Crayon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Sinsacote AFC's Teodoro Duarte. But to his dismay, Teodoro Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Felix Crayon made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th match minute, Sinsacote AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Santiago to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 40th minute of play forced Sinsacote AFC's goalkeeper Felix Crayon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 42nd minute. If Santo Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute Santo Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Hernandez hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Mexico's Joel Gaona couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sinsacote AFC. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Crayon having to interfere. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Crayon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 82nd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Mexico's Macos Graciani getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Duarte in the 91st minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Lautaro Mancebo scored 2-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Crayon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mexico walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
