Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 16th play minutes Luis Andino shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu and just under the crossbar into goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Daniel Zorita sped through AC Eskisehir's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the AC Eskisehir defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu. The AC Eskisehir fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 30th minute of play forced AC Eskisehir's goalkeeper Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play forced AC Eskisehir's goalkeeper Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu having to interfere. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to AC Eskisehir getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. İlhami Ayık hit a great ball. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 60 minutes AC Eskisehir's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu quite easily take care of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 63rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Eskisehir! Daniel Zorita walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Eskisehir's Oliver Hoddevik. But to his dismay, Oliver Hoddevik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. AC Eskisehir's Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 81st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferhat Kutlutekin during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th minute, Ferhat Kutlutekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Agustín Saelices sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 88th minute of play forced AC Eskisehir's goalkeeper Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. A collision led to AC Eskisehir getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Günay Kargin hit a great ball. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC Eskisehir throughout the match.
