Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Luponero FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Kon. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignaz Ecke, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 13th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eraldo Cannone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Achille Molinaro sent off a good shot on target. Roman Kon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luponero FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Luponero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Eraldo Cannone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eraldo Cannone was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Achille Molinaro in the 36th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Luponero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Grassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eraldo Cannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 38th minute of play. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Achille Molinaro made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Achille Molinaro came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo Cannone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Eraldo Cannone was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eraldo Cannone having to interfere. Achille Molinaro took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The supporters of Luponero FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Eraldo Cannone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eraldo Cannone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 81st minute. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Eraldo Cannone made a huge save. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Luponero FC's Eraldo Cannone did a great save. In the 89th minute, Luponero FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Eraldo Cannone made a huge save. Ecuador played a much better game than Luponero FC and deserved their victory. The Luponero FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
