When Mariano Lacasa in the 5th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Prospero Goethe kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 7th minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermann Luscher, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 15th minute Jamal Roye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hermann Luscher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 20thth minute of the game Jamal Roye who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Prospero Goethe managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Chile's Mariano Lacasa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Prospero Goethe made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Goethe having to interfere. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jamal Roye's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. If Guillermo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chile's Alan Tamayo got a free kick in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jamal Roye in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Guillermo Fontirroig came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Fontirroig couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Goethe. Friesenwerdermoor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jamal Roye in the 54th minute. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prospero Goethe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Jamal Roye put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego. Jamal Roye who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Thiago Pliego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Friesenwerdermoor's Pekin Energin was substituted for Lennard Rossmanith. In the 77th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Friesenwerdermoor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. 79 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Goethe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Prospero Goethe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 84thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friesenwerdermoor's Prospero Goethe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Friesenwerdermoor's Jamal Roye sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Goethe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Carballar during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Friesenwerdermoor booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Friesenwerdermoor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chile.
