Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sasan Sharifinasab scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Gullstad SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd match minute, Gullstad SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Osoro to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğit Can Ilgın, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Donato Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 42nd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Evan Bugelli scored 3-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Evan Bugelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabe Joinvilense in the 65th minute of the match. Yiğit Can Ilgın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yiğit Can Ilgın in the 67th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evan Bugelli's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sasan Sharifinasab in the 71st minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabe Joinvilense, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Gullstad SK's Donato Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute of play. After 80 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Gullstad SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabe Joinvilense in the 83rd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gabe Joinvilense came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evan Bugelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gullstad SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
