Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Abdulhamit Yavaş came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Astra Zduny fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulhamit Yavaş couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Astra Zduny's Julian Kopacz got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Alfredão Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Alfredão Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astra Zduny. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Puig got free with Blas Belarmo in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Beniamin Wiater left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astra Zduny fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Waclaw Domaradzki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Waclaw Domaradzki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Eliseo Noboa's late challenge caught a Astra Zduny's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Noboa helped the player get up and apologised. If Alfredão Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Alfredão Oliveira notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute Abdulhamit Yavaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blas Belarmo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The wind increased when Alfredão Oliveira made the kick off in the second half. Abdulhamit Yavaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Alfredão Oliveira scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 1-5. 63 minutes into the game, Abdulhamit Yavaş recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Abdulhamit Yavaş showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 73 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Astra Zduny's Julian Kopacz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th match minute, Astra Zduny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredão Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Abdulhamit Yavaş reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 1-9. Astra Zduny played a much better game than Costa Rica and deserved their victory. The Costa Rica players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
