Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tudor Caragea started the match with the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant stood somewhat misplaced when Tudor Caragea came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 3 minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evgeniy Babich in the 6th minute of play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Tudor Caragea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 2-0. Manuel Lajoie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazarus Kurmann in the 16th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evgeniy Babich took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 25 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Werdenberg's Bennett Pellandini quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Werdenberg's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Simon Gunnarsson in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Tudor Caragea sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Evgeniy Babich received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Evgeniy Babich slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 41st minute. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Manuel Lajoie in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lazarus Kurmann in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After 58 played minutes FC Werdenberg got a freekick which was hit by Tudor Caragea. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evgeniy Babich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Werdenberg's Manuel Lajoie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 71st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evgeniy Babich's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Werdenberg's Evgeniy Babich. But to his dismay, Evgeniy Babich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 79 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the FC Werdenberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Werdenberg booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 minutes of play, FC Werdenberg's Tudor Caragea made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Manuel Lajoie made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. FC Werdenberg's Manuel Lajoie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save FC Werdenberg from getting a goal against them. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Werdenberg's Simon Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 94th minute.
