The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Hawajskie Koszule's Manel Cabrito in the 5th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Jonathan Ferrant was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Venezuela through an amazing save. In the 8th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Dubilas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manel Cabrito who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when 魏战荣 got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manel Cabrito did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 22 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manel Cabrito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Manel Cabrito sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st of the match, Manel Cabrito tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jonathan Ferrant got in the way and made a wonderful save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manel Cabrito in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Manel Cabrito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.

Hawajskie Koszule's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by A.J. 周瑜 in the 52nd minute. Hawajskie Koszule's A.J. 周瑜 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Hawajskie Koszule's Dawid Majorski got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manel Cabrito in the 79th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manel Cabrito in the 83rd minute of play. When Edgar Mirowski fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawajskie Koszule's protests and gave Edgar Mirowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd match minute, Hawajskie Koszule was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Mirowski to maneuver through the defense. 魏战荣 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute.
