After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 鲁风彬 quite easily take care of the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrej Voronin kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. 鲁风彬 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ture Juniel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Luis Andino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 鲁风彬 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of 青岛西海岸火龙 booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 鲁风彬 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's 鲁风彬 threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ture Juniel went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but 鲁风彬 made a huge save. In the 67th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 鲁风彬. 鲁风彬 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. The throw-in from Felix Montenegro in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 青岛西海岸火龙's 白扬城. In the 72nd minute, Ture Juniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. 鲁风彬 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When 青岛西海岸火龙's Ture Juniel in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 鲁风彬 made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Agustín Saelices sent off a good shot on target. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with 鲁风彬 in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 鲁风彬. That made the score 1-5 after 96 minutes of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
