Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 杨斌常 having to interfere. With a little luck, Falso Valencia CF's 杨斌常 got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Naidenov's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 杨斌常 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Falso Valencia CF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
