Haiti's Felix Dorval managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marco Hofland in the 8 minute of the game. Jonathan Alphonse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenneth van der Leegte having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerjan Staarman got free with Noel Seide in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 played minutes SV Wissenkerke got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Cramer. In the 14th match minute, SV Wissenkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Bombarda to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Jonathan Alphonse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth van der Leegte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ernso Constant hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Gerjan Staarman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noel Seide was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Jean Marie Alcius tried in the 38th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Noel Seide a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0.

A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Marco Hofland with Klaas Jan Hellemons as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerjan Staarman in the 58th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerjan Staarman in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerjan Staarman in the 65th minute of play. Kenneth van der Leegte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 69th minute of the match. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerjan Staarman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frits van Loo made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel. When Wouter Kluivert was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. Wouter Kluivert kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match.
