Worst Arena Ever
Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isaias Eguerdi kicked off to start the match. Stor Klack scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute, József Murai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 13th minute of play forced Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Evert Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 20th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Olof Ekegren to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes, Panama's Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Evert Norberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Panama reached it. Evert Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes, Carl Viklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Worst Team Ever and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Carl Viklund got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Worst Team Ever's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evert Norberg came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Barrios to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Egil Brask had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaias Eguerdi took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Evert Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Evert Norberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tomas Berganza in the 75thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 85 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Evert Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stor Klack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Isaias Eguerdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panama's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Worst Team Ever had won, even though Panama had held more of the ball.
