Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bolivia's Mario Fernandino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, AFC Viola Gigliati's Timeteo Surco got a free kick in the 5th minute. Alfonso de la Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Min Ordoña having to interfere. With a little luck, Bolivia's Camilo Freixa got control of the ball when Reinaldo Briceño tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reinaldo Briceño in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Camilo Freixa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Min Ordoña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Samuel Horduña came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the AFC Viola Gigliati fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Horduña couldn't finish the play. If Alfonso de la Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Eduardo Fontirroig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Fernandino kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, Reinaldo Briceño kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. Garin Candina charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garin Candina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd match minute, AFC Viola Gigliati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garin Candina to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Eduardo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Min Ordoña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Min Ordoña having to interfere. The supporters of AFC Viola Gigliati booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reinaldo Briceño was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 55th minute. Reinaldo Briceño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Freixa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes Bolivia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuel Horduña who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on AFC Viola Gigliati's corner Samuel Horduña fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Camilo Freixa quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to AFC Viola Gigliati getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Garin Candina hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Samuel Horduña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AFC Viola Gigliati's Enrico Cicero was substituted for Garin Candina. In the 70th match minute, AFC Viola Gigliati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Horduña to maneuver through the defense. After 72 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the AFC Viola Gigliati players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso de la Cruz during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. AFC Viola Gigliati's Reinaldo Briceño got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Madrid charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benito Madrid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Benito Madrid. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Briceño in the 85th minute of play. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Horduña went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. AFC Viola Gigliati's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
