Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. Vitório Goiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Abraham Alguacil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vitório Goiano firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elroy Kolb in the 15th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vitório Goiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Barcelona's Vitório Goiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Barcelona from getting a goal against them. Genaro Eskuin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitório Goiano saved FC Barcelona from getting behind. Isidoro Sarmiento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Vitório Goiano made a huge save. Vitório Goiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sydney Baiano made a kick off. Miguel Miralles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the game, Sydney Baiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Sydney Baiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Elroy Kolb kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Elroy Kolb left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Barcelona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Vitório Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 69th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes FC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Elroy Kolb. Ignacio Barbosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Barbosa ran back to his position shaking his head. Isidoro Sarmiento charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Sarmiento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
