Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dumitru Aldulescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Vintilă Hălmăgeanu made a precise shot to the right of Stelian Platon. C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petru Stoiculescu during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- booed when Cormoranii -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Stoiculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Horaţiu Nica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s zone, Marcel Vulpe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stelian Platon came out of the goal and Marcel Vulpe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stelian Platon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valer Uduleanu's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dumitru Aldulescu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Zoff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Ologu took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stelian Platon. Stelian Platon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Valer Uduleanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stelian Platon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valer Uduleanu ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Valer Uduleanu put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Stelian Platon. After some careless play in the C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- defense, Vintilă Hălmăgeanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stelian Platon. The C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stelian Platon should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute Eugen Boldur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Platon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Hălmăgeanu came free, but Stelian Platon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valer Uduleanu in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stelian Platon saved C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- from getting behind. In the 32nd minute Valer Uduleanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Platon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stelian Platon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Boldur in the 34th minute of play. Stelian Platon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Ologu, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Eugen Boldur took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stelian Platon. Stelian Platon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 42 minutes into the game, Cormoranii -MM-'s Vintilă Hălmăgeanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stelian Platon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 45th minute Valer Uduleanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Platon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45th play minutes Valer Uduleanu shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Stelian Platon and just under the crossbar into goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valer Uduleanu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Vintilă Hălmăgeanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cormoranii -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Valer Uduleanu took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Stelian Platon to make any attempt to save it. Stelian Platon made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Vintilă Hălmăgeanu sent off a good shot on target. Dino Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Aldulescu in the 59th minute of the match. After 60 minutes of play, Cormoranii -MM-'s Valer Uduleanu made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stelian Platon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the game, Eugen Boldur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Stelian Platon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute, Valer Uduleanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stelian Platon. The goal made the score 0-12. Stelian Platon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valer Uduleanu went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. Stelian Platon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Uduleanu in the 75th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vintilă Hălmăgeanu got free with Stelian Platon in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stelian Platon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vintilă Hălmăgeanu went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. After 84 minutes of play, Cormoranii -MM-'s Eusebiu Godeanu made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stelian Platon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the game, Cormoranii -MM-'s Valer Uduleanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stelian Platon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-16. If Costel Diaconu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cormoranii -MM- played a much better game than C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- and deserved their victory. The C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
