After 11 minutes of play, GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toby Herget was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edin Džeko came free, but Toby Herget reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grzegorz Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orville Jacobson in the 15th minute of play. Medero Gadea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. After 30 played minutes Inmortales FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Barr. In the 42nd minute, Sandy Barnhart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Edin Džeko put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Toby Herget. After the first half GeRaÇãO-83 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edin Džeko in the 55th minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Toby Herget to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toby Herget made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edin Džeko in the 57th minute. With an all-out effort, GeRaÇãO-83's Toby Herget threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Per-Oskar Ekgren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 62 played minutes, Inmortales FC's Edward Olsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Grzegorz Siekierski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Inmortales FC reached it. Grzegorz Siekierski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitch Rushing in the 64th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Mitch Rushing put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Grzegorz Siekierski. After a rather tough play, Inmortales FC's Jasper Agoos got a free kick in the 67th minute. The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when GeRaÇãO-83 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edin Džeko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The GeRaÇãO-83 fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when GeRaÇãO-83's Edin Džeko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edin Džeko in the 88th minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Toby Herget to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Justice kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. GeRaÇãO-83's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
