Horacio Goren didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Martxot came free, but Seyhan Atlıhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Bartuelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Formentera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piratas FC the free kick. After 15 played minutes Formentera got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Bartuelo. The supporters of Formentera booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Francesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geronimo Silviano hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Formentera's Eustaquio Bartuelo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Horacio Goren in the 21 minute of the game. Piratas FC's Paulino Lizer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. Paulino Lizer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Lizer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Benvide's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Paulino Lizer had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Wilfredo Benvide from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the last second Paulino Lizer throw himself and got hold of the ball when Wilfredo Benvide in the 27thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Benvide in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Lizer saved Piratas FC from getting behind. When Piratas FC's Damian Precioso, in the 28th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Piratas FC. In the 31st minute Damian Precioso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seyhan Atlıhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Precioso in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Seyhan Atlıhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damian Precioso took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Seyhan Atlıhan. Seyhan Atlıhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Paulino Lizer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Benvide in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 52nd minute, Wilfredo Benvide made a precise shot to the right of Paulino Lizer. Piratas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 56th minute Carlos Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Francesco struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Seyhan Atlıhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piratas FC. Carlos Fernández hit a great ball. Formentera's Seyhan Atlıhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Formentera from getting a goal against them. Paulino Lizer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Benvide, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute.
