The Ponte Riba Dil C.F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Llorente should have stopped the shot. Zuri Orbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikel Bravo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s zone, Francisco Unzueta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikel Bravo came out of the goal and Francisco Unzueta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s attentive Baudilio Otero managed to snatch the ball when Sandro Navarro made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game.
