Through an outstanding action, after 2 minutes, Ciprian Tătăruşanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 4th minute Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ were awarded a corner. Ćićo Doro went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 5th minute Rik Sligter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iordache Nicolcioiu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Ćićo Doro made a great header on Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s corner, it was just that Maramures-MM-'s Ciprian Tătăruşanu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 13th match minute, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ćićo Doro to maneuver through the defense. If Luca Dominte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, Maramures-MM-'s goalkeeper Ciprian Tătăruşanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavino Urdin. In the 23rd minute Maroš Rychtář shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Maramures-MM-'s Cornel Gorgan to a score. 0-1 in the 25th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Maramures-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Renos Papageorgiou came free, but Ciprian Tătăruşanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciprian Tătăruşanu was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Renos Papageorgiou capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Renos Papageorgiou really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Urdăreanu in the 37th minute of play forced Maramures-MM-'s goalkeeper Ciprian Tătăruşanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciprian Tătăruşanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renos Papageorgiou in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Maramures-MM-'s Maroš Rychtář sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hannes Albäck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Maramures-MM- made a substitution. Fred Siggman replaced Cornel Gorgan. Maramures-MM-'s Emil Zafiu was substituted for Luca Dominte. Maroš Rychtář sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciprian Tătăruşanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Albäck was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Dumitru Tudorică capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dumitru Tudorică really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Fred Siggman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Hans-Martin Torvund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maramures-MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ made a substitution. Ivan Stanciu replaced Gavino Urdin. After a rather tough play, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Feliks Dankowski got a free kick in the 68th minute. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Hannes Albäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Siggman in the 72nd minute of play. Hannes Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Siggman, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Cosmin Urdăreanu scored 2-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciprian Tătăruşanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Alex Aurelianu was substituted for Ferdinand Pacuraru. 83 minutes into the match, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Fred Siggman came free, but Hannes Albäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hannes Albäck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Siggman's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Maramures-MM-'s Ciprian Tătăruşanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Stanciu in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Maramures-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Gane to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ got a corner. Maramures-MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Grozuță ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s corner Cristian Grozuță fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ciprian Tătăruşanu quite easily take care of the ball. Maramures-MM- were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s much stronger midfield.
