The crowd rose to their feet as Rik Sligter kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Alexa. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. TAXI-MM-'s Martin Alexa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Tudorică in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th minute Bernardino Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Tătăruşanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciprian Tătăruşanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuan Di Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Cornel Gorgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Alexa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rik Sligter's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Martin Alexa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Maramures-MM-'s Ciprian Tătăruşanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Krzynowek in the 24th minute of play. Jacek Krzynowek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maroš Rychtář fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Alexa having to interfere. Martin Alexa made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Rik Sligter sent off a good shot on target.

Maramures-MM-'s Fred Siggman was substituted for Cornel Gorgan. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuan Di Xing to make the kick off. After 61 played minutes Maramures-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Luca Dominte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Siggman in the 63rd minute of play forced TAXI-MM-'s goalkeeper Martin Alexa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 played minutes TAXI-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Krzynowek. Ciprian Tătăruşanu made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Yuan Di Xing sent off a good shot on target. Jacek Krzynowek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciprian Tătăruşanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacek Krzynowek slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute, Jacek Krzynowek made a precise shot to the right of Ciprian Tătăruşanu. Maramures-MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Hans-Martin Torvund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maramures-MM-'s Ciprian Tătăruşanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Ipar in the 95th minute of play. The Maramures-MM- fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. TAXI-MM- were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
