An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Lupea in the 14th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomás Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cucu Miner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Vărzaru took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Postelnicescu. In the 24th minute of the match, Vit Miner got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thomás Linares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares got control of the ball when Vit Miner tried to sneak it across the goal line. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Sandu Gheorghiu scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Postelnicescu, making the score, 1-3. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
