In the 11th minute, Remus Vermeşan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cosmin Urdăreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Cosmin Urdăreanu got a free kick in the 19th minute. Hannes Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Vărzaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Gavino Urdin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Thomás Linares made a huge save. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renos Papageorgiou in the 24th minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Remus Vermeşan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hannes Albäck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Renos Papageorgiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomás Linares having to interfere. Dorin Caloian's late challenge caught a Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorin Caloian helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Dorin Caloian hit a great ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Oskar Skoglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Skoglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandu Gheorghiu kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute Sandu Gheorghiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugen Lupea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Hannes Albäck managed to avoid a goal in the 50thth minute, when ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Sandu Gheorghiu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renos Papageorgiou in the 53rd minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Thomás Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Vermeşans short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Hannes Albäck to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Huștiu got free with Hannes Albäck in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute of the match, Remus Vermeşan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hannes Albäck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thomás Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Urdăreanu in the 62nd minute of the match. Dorin Caloian hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Cristian Grozuță was substituted for Renos Papageorgiou. After 68 played minutes, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Cristian Grozuță shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomás Linares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Eugen Lupea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Skoglund in the 76th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Thomás Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Urdin came free, but Thomás Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugen Lupea got free with Hannes Albäck in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hannes Albäck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sandu Gheorghiu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 88 minute of play.
