After having played for 2 minutes, Stanley Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanley Wallace was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kyle Davies received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simon Larsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Kyle Davies slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 13th minute. Jesus Lärjungar's Simon Larsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Jesus Lärjungar from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Curacao booed when Jesus Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Ekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Edgar Stenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes in the game, Stanley Wallace fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Simon Larsson having to interfere. Stanley Wallace recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Jesus Lärjungar's Simon Larsson got control of the ball when Stanley Wallace tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Edgar Stenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Arne Lindgren in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Jesus Lärjungar's Sven-Arne Lindgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The Curacao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jesus Lärjungar were winning 1-4.

Bruno Barrett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgar Stenberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 52 minute of play. In the 59th minute, Sven-Arne Lindgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Arne Lindgren got free with Bruno Barrett in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Marshall Graham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Falkrantz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Jesus Lärjungar's Edgar Stenberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Stenberg in the 72nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Apelkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Sven-Arne Lindgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Arne Lindgren got free with Bruno Barrett in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Jesus Lärjungar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Curacao.
