Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fernan Orlondon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fernan Orlondon struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abiogenesis. In the 6th minute, Leonides Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, Delmar Libertad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abiogenesis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. After 11 played minutes Abiogenesis got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Libertad. Santiago Eladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Jacobo Aritza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Froilan Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes Abiogenesis's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. Santiago Eladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Beldad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santiago Eladio was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Delmar Libertad in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Eleuterio Iraido kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Orlondon in the 46th minute of play. If Fernan Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. Fernan Orlondon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernan Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleuterio Iraido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abiogenesis made a substitution. Gualterio Naelio replaced Ignacio Uzuri. After a rather tough play, Abiogenesis's Froilan Quintana got a free kick in the 68th minute. Cristo Maju recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 73rd minute of the match. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Orlondon in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Delmar Libertad was slow to take the kick. During this time Abiogenesis's players had a chance to rest. 81 minutes into the game, Cristo Maju cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 86 minutes into the match, Abiogenesis's goalkeeper Santiago Eladio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. Francisco Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Santiago Eladio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Maju in the 89th minute of play. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Cristo Maju kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. After 95 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Seco. Abiogenesis's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
