Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Li Feng Guo could save by the left post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerson Simões in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Edson-Arantes Pelé cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Volkan Saltık hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Li Feng Guo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 23 minutes Fc-Criuleni-City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Li Feng Guo was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-1. Cristian Sancho came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Li Feng Guo could save by the left post. When Joseph Stähelin fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc-Criuleni-City's protests and gave Joseph Stähelin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fc-Criuleni-City getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Joseph Stähelin hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc-Criuleni-City's goalkeeper Li Feng Guo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edson-Arantes Pelé in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luan Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Volkan Saltık kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Fc-Criuleni-City's goalkeeper Li Feng Guo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edson-Arantes Pelé in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Fc-Criuleni-City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gerson Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Edson-Arantes Pelé made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edson-Arantes Pelé's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Li Feng Guo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerson Simões in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 60 played minutes, Fc-Criuleni-City's Matty Cash shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc-Criuleni-City reached it. 61 minutes into the match, Fc-Criuleni-City's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Li Feng Guo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edson-Arantes Pelé's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Li Feng Guo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Matty Cash took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Volkan Saltık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Li Feng Guo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc-Criuleni-City's goalkeeper Li Feng Guo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerson Simões got free with Julio Vera in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There was no doubt that Ecuador were the better team. Ecuador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
