Red Devils's Marcell Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlus Waugh in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Geroy Ascue got a free kick in the 14th minute. Lajos Szeszák hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Máté Bártfai's late challenge caught a Jamaica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Máté Bártfai helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute of the match, Finlay Stair tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcell Simon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Ákos Ács's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demonde Jacobson was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Jamaica's zone, György Fenyvessy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal and György Fenyvessy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jarell Hill came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarell Hill couldn't finish the play. In the 45th match minute, Red Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Szatmári to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Finlay Stair to strike the kick off in the second half. Karlus Waugh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Marcell Simon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Red Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Szatmári didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Red Devils's zone, Karlus Waugh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcell Simon came out of the goal and Karlus Waugh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the game, Finlay Stair cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marcell Simon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by György Fenyvessy got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Révész, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute Lajos Szeszák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Lajos Szeszák sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Ákos Ács took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Demonde Jacobson to make any attempt to save it. 74 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by György Fenyvessy. A collision led to Jamaica getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Romon Oliver hit a great ball. Ákos Ács could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Romon Oliver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jamaica's supporters rose to their feet, but Romon Oliver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcell Simon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 83 played minutes Red Devils got a freekick which was hit by Bálint Tóth. The Jamaica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Devils were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
