In the 2nd match minute, Hispania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edorta Portillo to maneuver through the defense. If Filip Kubala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Eriberto Pedriza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hispania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Kubala in the 11th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11th play minutes Osman Čiček shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Pedro Manzanares and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute of play forced Hispania's goalkeeper Arif Memduh Akova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Memduh Akova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joshua Garrido in the 18th minute of play. Arif Memduh Akova showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 21st minute of the match. Arif Memduh Akova made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Nofre Galego kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Axel Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arif Memduh Akova. That made the score 1-2 after 27 minutes of play. With his leg Arif Memduh Akova managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Colombia's Axel Montenegro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osman Čiček in the 39th minute of play. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arif Memduh Akova having to make a save. 41 minutes into the match, Hispania's goalkeeper Arif Memduh Akova had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. After having played for 43 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Pedriza came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Arif Memduh Akova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arif Memduh Akova. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Memduh Akova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nofre Galego hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Pedriza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Memduh Akova showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Hispania's Antonio Benarrivo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. A collision led to Hispania getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Antonio Benarrivo hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filip Kubala. Santino Seco scored 3-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arif Memduh Akova, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
