Edmundo Espigas short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Leopold Nael to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 80 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Mart Agu came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Leopold Nael throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, Verhulitsa's Robi Rohumaa got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Leopold Nael. Verhulitsa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. The Verhulitsa manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Honduras to win.
